On Aug 29,2022 Momo arrived at our home, very friendly, took his time to answer questions, provided options and took the time to review our favorite channels we wish to include. He was a pleasure to work with and was very informative regarding intranet speed, explaining what Rogers had to offer and was customer focused. He did not leave until we were satisfied with what we were signing up for and did follow up and provided on the spot follow up with his support when he was unsure. He definitely made the experience a positive one and very professional but with a personal flare. He also was very customer based. Wish him well in his future with Rogers.
